AS263644 serves as the edge network for two independent but strongly tied companies: P30 Networks and Websul Telecom.
Following the divestment of its broadband business in late 2022, Websul was left with its datacenter, telephony and web hosting businesses.
It was also left with two distinct ASNs. The former AS-WEBSUL - its main one -, and 263644.
263644 belonged to Frugui Telecom, a small WISP Websul had acquired back in 2016. It had operated ever since then as a downstream under Websul solely for its IPv4 netblock.
Out of this dormant AS, an idea was born: To spin-off Frugui - now named P30 Networks and part-owned by former Websul staff -, and get back into the corporate and IP Transit markets.
Our relation with Websul is simple: we use their facilities to host our networking gear, while they get to use our IP connectivity.
