Our Peering Policy

  1. Purpose
  2. This peering policy outlines the terms and conditions for establishing peering connections with our Autonomous System.

  3. Definitions
  4. Peering: The exchange of traffic between our AS and another network.
Peer: An organization or network with which we establish a peering connection.

  5. Peering Criteria
  6. We encourage open peering with any network that meets the following criteria:

    • Operates an autonomous system (AS).
    • Has a publicly routable IP address space.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to stable and reliable network operations.

We reserve the right to refuse peering with any network that does not meet the above criteria.

  7. Peering Agreement
  8. Peering agreements will be established through a written agreement.
The agreement will specify the technical details of the peering connection, including IP addresses, routing policies, and traffic exchange points.

  9. Traffic Exchange
  10. Peering traffic will be exchanged on a settlement-free basis.
We will not charge for peering traffic.
Both parties agree to maintain balanced traffic exchange.

  11. Maintenance and Support
  12. Each party is responsible for maintaining their own network and resolving any issues related to the peering connection.
We will provide reasonable assistance for troubleshooting and resolving peering-related issues.

  13. Termination
  14. Either party may terminate the peering agreement with 30 days’ notice.
Termination may occur due to technical, operational, or business reasons.

  15. Contact Information
  16. For peering requests or inquiries, please contact our peering team at our peering e-mail address.
This policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to existing peers.
